ICSA Fees
Overview of Required Membership and Service Costs
Membership Fees
Membership dues are $100 per year for the first truck and $25 per truck per year after that, not to exceed $500.
Telematics Fee
Charge for Safety Consultant monitoring of ELD data from ICSA is $30 per truck per month.
Hair Drug Test
Initial hair test for current drivers and any new hires through TADTS is $97 per driver, paid to TADTS.
Camera Fees
ICSA members are required to have a forward-facing camera that is active and operational from Motive, SmartDrive, Netradyne, OR Samsara. Below are the prices if purchased through ICSA at a discounted rate for members. ICSA is not responsible for cameras purchased outside of the ICSA store.
SmartDrive Subscription Fee
Monthly cost for video on the vendor platform for cameras purchased through ICSA Mainly existing members. SmartDrive is no longer sold through ICSA.
Netradyne Fee
Monthly cost for video on the vendor platform for cameras purchased through ICSA $70 per camera per month for hardware (first year), $30 per camera per month for subscription. TOTAL $100 per camera per month for first year and $30 for every year after.
Motive Fee
Prices and fees are subject to change. Payment is made directly to Motive.
